1 · 2013 Leyda Pinot Noir Single Vineyard Las Brisas

91 Wine Spectator

“Wine Spectator - "Elegant and rich-tasting, with concentrated cherry and red currant flavors, loaded with sandalwood notes. Shows plenty of vibrant spiciness midpalate, with a well-structured and minerally finish.”

Wine Spectator

2 · 2014 Cono Sur Pinot Noir Colchagua Valley Organically Grown

88 Wine Enthusiast

“Dry, spicy, earthy red-fruit aromas lead to a fresh palate with good body. Plum and spiced cherry flavors extend only so far, while this tasty little wine finishes dry, spicy and with a dusting of cocoa.”

Wine Enthusiast

3 · 2009 Casa Silva Carmenere Los Lingues Gran Reserva

“Crystallized black raspberry, bramble, little smoke, dried thyme, nice gentle white pepper spice. A bit soft on entry, nice density, nice fruit, very ripe yet fresh, nice mineral bed here. This has good clarity and transparency on the palate, lovely white pepper spice, no green here for better or worse, very faint green herb on nose, decisive texture, good cut on the back end. Snooth 89pts”

5 · 2011 Undurraga T.H. (Terroir Hunter) Carignan Maule

92 The Wine Advocate

“The 2011 T.H. Carignan is produced with fruit from Maule, from a dry-farmed, 50-year-old vineyard in Loncomilla and has a sweetish nose with creamy hints from the oak and notes of plums, violets and tree bark. It has pungent acidity, great freshness and a medium-bodied palate, ending almost salty, really umami-driven. Unfortunately I could not taste it next to the Vigno, which would have provided an interesting comparison. This is a superb Carignan that should age for a long time.”

6 · 2014 Vina Casa Romero Syrah Viento Puelche Valle del Puangue

“The east wind disperse itself throughout the mild slopes of wide valleys, the initial scents perceived are violets and of wild fruits, afterwards it will show tobacco touches, toast and meat scents. Complex with a great structure, it is a wine of kind tannins, and an acidity that will make it stay in mouth. It has been 12 months in barrels, nevertheless the wood does not surpasses its qualities. This hand harvested wine is a Limited Edition of 4.000 bottles from the exclusive Puangue Valley. Food Pairing: Delicious with roast lamb, red meats, aged cheeses, rabbit and game birds.”

7 · 2009 Carmen Cabernet Sauvignon Gold Reserve Valle del Maipo

“The 2009 Gold Reserve is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon from Alto Maipo, aged in new French oak for 18 months. It has a perfumed nose of blackberry, cassis, peppermint and a touch of chocolate that is well defined, if perhaps a little predictable. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy ripe tannins, crisp acidity and a clean, clinical finish that is laden with precocious dark cherry and orange peel flavors. Drink now-2019.”

8 · 2014 Casa Silva Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva Cuvee Colchagua

90 Wine & Spirits

“Blended from estate vineyards, this cuvee offers a clear picture of Colchagua 's carmenere. It's an enchanting red, with subtle herbal notes woven through round, rich red fruit. While the sweetness of the fruit makes it easy to drink now, it has the potential to become more complex over the next couple of years. Then open it for roast pork.”
